Due to the nature of second-hand luxury jewellery, we conduct thorough checks before listing. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns.

If we provided incorrect sizing or measurements
If we made an error with your shipping details

Please note: Items returned without prior contact may not be eligible for a refund and will incur a NZD$30 administration fee.
