Due to the nature of pre-owned jewellery, we do all the due diligence of the items before we list it. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.

To give you all the assurances you may need, we highly recommend you add our authentication report option to have your own report.

If you wish to, please contact us info@luxuryvaultproject.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Please note that buyers must cover the cost of return shipping to us and a NZD$30 administration fee.

 Shipping is Free within New Zealand. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. RD areas may require an additional 1 – 2 days

Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of NZD$55

Shipping to other international countries is a flat rate NZD$150

Express Delivery is an option at check out at an additional rate fee

Shipments are fully trackable, with signature on delivery.

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

We highly recommend that you take out shipping protection at checkout, which covers your shipment against loss, damage or theft.

International buyers are responsible for any import taxes or charges from their country.

Orders shipped worldwide may be subjected to customs clearance. This can cause delays outside of the quoted delivery times. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and fees that may be relevant to your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand and pay any of these duties, taxes and fees.
